Purpose
KAIROS is the customer machine: it finds target companies, makes your business visible, answers enquiries and follows up. The demo shows the model company Beispiel Metall AG.
Usage
At the top you choose the area.
- Cockpit: what is waiting for your approval, what KAIROS has done today and where orders come from.
- Radar: target companies with score and signals. «Run radar now» searches for new companies. «Draft first contact» writes a personal message for you to approve.
- SEO: visibility, search terms, page generator, technical check and visibility in AI answers.
- Website: the model company's website with instant price. A submitted enquiry appears in KAIROS and in the ARGUS demo.
- Enquiries: all enquiries with assessment, draft reply and handover to ARGUS.
- Follow-up: open quotes with sequence, dormant customers and reviews.
- Tenders: fit, summary and checklist for the submission.
- Customer portal: how your customers see status, documents and reorders.
Note on the demo
All companies, signals, tenders and figures are made up. The AI texts are prepared in the demo and only played back. Replies to first contacts are simulated after a few seconds.
Real solution
KAIROS uses publicly accessible sources and language models for scoring and drafts. Everything that goes to customers is approved by your team. Website and instant price run under your domain, the data stays under your control.
