ARGUS
ARGUS operates the existing ERP like a good employee and runs the whole business: orders, planning board, machines, staff, stock and quality. With modules, approvals and an emergency switch.

Purpose
ARGUS is the digital employee for businesses with an existing ERP. The demo shows the model company Beispiel Metall AG with a simulated ERP that looks like many ERP interfaces today.
Usage
On the left you choose the area, on a phone at the top. With «Show ERP» you see the ERP next to it, the way it looks today.
- Cockpit: what ARGUS currently sees, key figures for operations, sales and post-calculation.
- Order process: an enquiry step by step to the machine. You approve the calculation yourself.
- Inbox: emails and enquiries from KAIROS. Turn an enquiry from the KAIROS demo into a quote here.
- Planning board: distribute operations across machines and days, drag with the mouse or move with buttons. ARGUS checks sequence, staff, material and delivery dates and resolves conflicts at the push of a button.
- Machines: live state, OEE, timeline, downtime reasons and maintenance. A fault can be reported and fixed.
- Workshop tablet: choose the language, confirm protective equipment, start the job.
- Staff: attendance, assignment, skills, shift plan with holiday request and safety.
- Stock and dispatch: stock with purchase proposals, remnants, goods receipt and dispatch.
- Quality: first article inspection with measurements, 8D complaints and traceability.
- Modules: switch modules on and off and choose the route to the ERP.
- Emergency switch: pauses ARGUS. The ERP remains usable.
Note on the demo
The ERP and the machine data are simulated. Companies, people, prices and figures are made up. Shop time starts at 10:30 when you open the demo. The assistant answers from the sample data on this page, without an AI service.
Real solution
ARGUS runs on a computer or a virtual machine in the business and connects to the ERP via the official interface, for Navision and Business Central for example via web services. Before every project we check version, licence and interface.
